Leave me bleeding

This is the result of a video shoot I danced at, a couple of weeks ago at Södra Teatern. The venue, production team and the band, Defueld, were brilliant and I had a blast. This time, no pole was involved. And when that's the case you got to be inventive, nicht wahr? 

Nobel NightCap

Recently Intellego Pole Company had the honour to perform at this years Nobel NightCap. The NNC-team turned parts of The Royal Institute of Technology into an old-fashioned circus. And we acted as caged wild animals (a cage was built for us!!! :)) Katrin Unge painted us with (non poisonous) grafitti colour. It actually worked perfectly on the pole but afterwards it took forever to get rid of. You know the feeling of "thisissonotworthit" a split second right before you go on stage? This time it was in the shower in the early morning hours... But performing was awesome and the pics are brillant! Just waiting for the video now.. Thank you Malin, Hugo, Katrin, Claes, North Pole Studio & photo team... 

When life fucks u over and u see what was, no longer, is meant to be.

 I love wednesdays. No one wants to go home after class, and so we hang out for a while trying stuff out. Here is a short impro from last weeks post-class-jam. I'm constantly in love with a different song, and if I don't do anything with it,  I'll go mad. So anyway, this one is my latest crush.
