Yesterday I explored the (for me) unknown. Today my whole body is aching. Obviously about time to do something new.

Once upon a summer's eve...

...I actually recorded an application for PA. I found this movie while organizing my desktop. Funny to watch after such a "long" time (not like it's been a decade or anything). I think I went through the whole scale from, "OMG, WTF was I thinking" to "OMG, why did I lose this way of thinking". A lot has happened and a lot hasn't, obviously. Either way, knock yourselves out, I'm all yours.

Apart from that, all I've got to say is

Handstands

Apparently I'm all head, arms and feet...  Today we prepared ourselves for the forthcoming handstand class while listening to "The Deer". Two videos just to make things clear. It's not photo montage, just wearing black pants that's all.

Finally some action

Back to work and some really sore muscles.. Today I went to see Sequence 8 at Subtopia. I loved it.

The current pole dance semester is coming to an end this week. You can, however, already sign up for the upcoming. Our super girl, Daniela, is heading out for adventures in Argentina so I'm going to teach level 5. This is one thing we'll work on...

Old stuff

First you get punished with Christmas and then with the flu.... The plan was to work hard during this holiday but since I got nothing done, I'll take the opportunity to share some photos. In june or so, we were asked crawl around on dusty poles and concrete, half naked, at two o'clock in the morning. And how can you possibly turn down an ingenious idea like that? All pics by Nelle Swan.
